摘要
随着近年来神经损伤患者人数不断上升,神经修复在神经组织工程中占据越来越重要的地位。静电纺丝作为一种新型细胞支架制备方式,能够连续不断地产生纳米级纤维,被广泛用于神经组织工程中。该文从纺丝材料以及纺丝结构等方面阐述了静电纺丝在神经修复中的研究进展。
With the increasing number of patients with nerve damages in recent years,nerve regeneration plays an increasingly important role in nerve tissue engineering.As a new technology for preparing cell scaffolds,electrospinning technology can continuously produce nano-scale fibers and is widely used in nerve tissue engineering.In this paper,the role of electrospinning technology in nerve regeneration is illustrated from the aspects of materials and structure of electrospun scaffolds.
