CT联合MRI对子宫内膜癌术前分期的诊断准确率分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析子宫内膜癌术前分期应用核磁共振(MRI)与螺旋CT联合检查的诊断准确率。方法选择经病理证实子宫内膜癌44例,探究MRI、CT及联合MRI与CT检查,对子宫内膜癌术前分析的准确率。结果术前分期诊断应用联合MRI与CT检查准确率为88.64%,明显高于单纯CT检查54.55%、单纯MRI检查65.91%(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌术前分期诊断,应用CT与MRI联合检查,相比于单纯MRI或CT检查,诊断的准确率更高,可为临床医师治疗提供依据,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial cancer by combined using nuclear magnetic resonance(MRI)and spiral CT in the preoperative stage.Methods 44 cases of endometrial cancer confirmed by pathology were selected and the accuracy rate of MRI,CT and combined with MRI and CT examination in preoperative staging of endometrial cancer were explored.Results The accuracy rate of preoperative staging diagnosis combined with MRI and CT examination was 88.64%,which was significantly higher than 54.55%for simple CT and 65.91%for simple MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with that in simple MRI or CT examination,the diagnostic accuracy of preoperative staging of endometrial cancer is higher in combined with CT and MRI examination,which provides the basis for clinician treatment and is worth promoting.
