Innovative Practice of Training of Applied Talents from the Outcome-based Perspective

随着我国高等教育向大众化、多元化发展,成果导向成为教育教学改革的重要理念.通过确定人才培养核心能力、创建新型课程体系、充分利用科研平台优势、建设双师型师资队伍、改革教学组织形式与教学方法、建立合理激励机制等,构建以学生发展为中心、以能力培养为主线、为地方经济社会发展服务的人才培养体系.基于成果导向、培养应用型人才,实现人才供给与需求的有效对接,具有重要的现实意义.

With the development of China's higher education towards popularization and diversity,outcome-based education becomes an important idea in educational and teaching reform.With student centered and ability oriented,a talent training system for development of local economy and society was constructed by means of defining core capabilities of talent training,establishing novel course system,fully utilizing advantages of scientific platform,cultivating double-qualified teachers,reforming teaching organization and methods,building up efficient incentive mechanism,and so on.The training of applied talents based on outcome has great practical significance for connection of talent supply and demand.
