摘要 高校在高层次人才引进、培育方面积极改革创新,尽力落地生效。调研发现还存在较为普遍的问题,如重引进、轻服务,重考核、轻反馈,重个体、轻团队等。本文旨在剖析问题,归纳部分解决办法,为领导决策及管理工作提供参考。 Colleges and universities have actively reformed and innovated in the introduction and cultivation of high-level talents and try their best to put it into effect.The survey found that there are still more common problems,such as focusing on introduction but lighting service,focusing on assessment but lighting feedback,focusing on individuals but lighting team.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems,summarize some solutions,and provide reference for the leadership decision-making and management.
