摘要
随着城市化的快速推进,城市发展空间紧束,存量开发已经成为解决土地供应短缺的主要手段。通过整理城市更新和土地整备大方向的趋同性和实施的差异性,更好的理解目前存量规划的两种手段。
With the rapid development of urbanization,urban development space is tight,and stock development has become the main means to solve the shortage of land supply.By sorting out the convergence of the general direction of urban renewal and land reconditioning and the difference of implementation,we can better understand the two means of current inventory planning.
