采用T5智能触摸显示终端的移印机控制系统设计

摘要 针对当前移印机采用薄膜轻触面板型人机界面交互性差的问题,设计开发一种基于触摸屏的新型智能移印机。首先,人机交互界面采用基于T5内核的串口电容触摸屏;其次,控制系统以STC15系列高性能微控制器为核心,输入输出端口采用光耦隔离保障了系统的抗干扰能力;第三,采用UL2068达林顿管全数字化驱动气缸高速全自动完成移印过程。实践应用表明:所开发的移印机控制系统性能稳定,触摸屏显示界面友好,操作便捷,具有广阔的工程应用前景。 Aiming at the problem that the current pad printing machine adopts the thin touch panel type man-machine interface with poor interaction, a new type of intelligent pad printing machine based on touch screen is designed and developed. Firstly, a serial port capacitive touch screen is used in the human-computer interaction interface based on the T5 core.Secondly, the STC15 series high-performance microcontroller is taken as the core in the control system, and optocoupler isolation is adopted in the input and output ports to ensure the anti-interference ability of the system. Thirdly, the fully digitally cylinder is derived by the UL2068 Darlington tube to complete the printing process at high speed. The practical application shows that the developed pad printing machine control system has stable performance, the touch screen display interface is friendly, the operation is convenient, and it has broad engineering application prospects.
