合肥市典型地质条件综合管廊施工缝间距有限元分析 被引量:1

Finite Element Analysis of Construction Joint Spacing of Integrated Pipe Gallery in Typical Geological Conditions of Hefei City

摘要 以合肥市高新区某段城市综合管廊为对象进行模拟分析,利用MIDAS/GTS软件建立三维有限元模型,针对合肥市典型地质条件,依据地质条件差异、荷载差异,模拟计算综合管廊在正常使用阶段的位移和应力变化。结果表明:40 m标准段管廊的位移最大,20 m标准段管廊与30 m标准段管廊的位移变形量较为接近。结合《城市综合管廊工程技术规范》,合肥市典型地质条件下变形缝间距设置为30 m较为合理科学。该标准段综合管廊受力状态出现应力集中现象,工程材料由于设计原因没有被充分合理利用,在设计时可以着重注意。 The simulation analysis is carried out for the urban integrated pipe gallery of a section of Hefei High-tech Zone. The three-dimensional finite element model is established by using MIDAS/GTS software. According to the typical geological conditions of Hefei City, the integrated pipe gallery is simulated to study displacement and stress changes during normal use, according to the geological conditions and load differences. The results show that the displacement of the 40 m-standard section pipe gallery is the largest, and the displacement deformation of the 20 m-standard section pipe gallery and the 30 m-standard section pipe gallery are relatively close. Combined with the "Technical Specifications for Urban Integrated Pipe Gallery Engineering", it is reasonable and scientific to set the deformation joint spacing to 30 m under typical geological conditions in Hefei City. In the standard section, the stress concentration phenomenon occurs in the stress state of the integrated pipe gallery. The engineering materials are not fully utilized reasonably due to design reasons, and attention can be paid to the design. The conclusions obtained can provide reference for the similar engineering design of urban integrated pipe corridors in the future.
