摘要
以某台实际高速曳引式电梯系统为研究对象,建立电梯系统7自由度动力学模型。采用拉格朗日理论,建立电梯系统多自由度动力学微分方程。研究得到了电梯高阶固有频率,同时与电梯曳引机的转动频率进行对比分析。为解决所引发的共振问题,从电梯系统的参数角度进行研究,最终得到改变电梯绳头弹簧的刚度可以更好避免电梯共振的结论。本文在提高高速曳引电梯的安全性和舒适性方面,具有一定的参考价值。
In the paper an actual high-speed traction elevator system is taken as the research object, and model of elevator system with seven degree of freedom dynamic are established. Lagrange theory is used to establish multi degree of freedom dynamic differential equation of elevator system. The high natural frequencies of the elevator are obtained and compared with the rotational frequency of the elevator tractor. In order to solve the problem of resonance caused by the elevator system, perspective of the parameters of the elevator system is used. The conclusion is that changing the stiffness of the elevator rope spring can better avoid the elevator resonance. This paper has certain reference value in improving the safety and comfort of high-speed traction elevator.
