先兆子痫孕妇凝血功能检测的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Blood Clotting Function Detection in Pregnant Women with Pre-eclampsia

目的观察先兆子痫孕妇凝血功能指标检测结果,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取本院2016年1月至2018年1月期间收治的先兆子痫孕妇45例为观察组,正常健康妊娠孕妇30例为健康组,正常健康非孕妇女性41例为对照组,对比三组研究对象的凝血功能指标。结果健康组和观察组的aPTT、PT、TT指标均低于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),健康组和观察组Fbg指标均高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凝血功能会因先兆子痫而出现改变,因此应对凝血功能密切关注在整个妊娠期和产前,提前做好预防措施,同时采取护理干预。

Objective To observe and analyze the detection results of coagulation indexes in pregnant women with preeclampsia.and to explore its clinical significance.Methods 45 cases of preeclampsia pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as observation group,30 cases of normal healthy pregnant women as healthy group,and 41 cases of normal healthy non-pregnant women as control group.The coagulation indexes of the three groups were compared.Results The aPTT,PT and TT indexes of the healthy group and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).the Fbg indexes of the healthy group and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).the aPTT,PT and TT indexes of the healthy group were higher than those of the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).the Fbg indexes of the healthy group were lower than those of the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Coagulation function will change due to preeclampsia.Therefore,we should pay close attention to coagulation function in the whole pregnancy and prenatal period,take preventive measures in advance,and take nursing intervention at the same time.
