阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对脑血栓患者临床疗效、血小板参数及不良反应的影响

Effect of Atorvastatin,Aspirin and Clopidogrel on Clinical Efficacy,Platelet Parameters and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的研究使用阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对脑血栓患者的临床疗效、及血小板参数以及不良反应的影响。方法选取我院在2017年1月至2017年12月期间就诊治疗的180例脑血栓患者,随机分为两组:对照组与实验组,对照组采用常规治疗手段治疗,实验组采用阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷进行治疗。结果实验组治疗总有效率(94.44%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后血小板各项参数改善情况均优于对照组。对照组治疗后神经功能障碍率(38.89%)明显高于实验组(24.44%)(P<0.05)。结论采用阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对脑血栓患者进行治疗,能够有效提高患者临床疗效,明显改善患者血小板参数,减少患者的神经功能障碍。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy,platelet parameters and adverse reactions of atorvastatin,aspirin and clopidogrel in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods 180 patients with cerebral thrombosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The experimental group used Atoruvastatin,aspirin and clopidogrel are used for treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%).(P<0.05).The improvement of platelet parameters in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The incidence of neurodysfunction in the control group(38.89%)was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(24.44%).(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cerebral thrombosis patients with atorvastatin,aspirin and clopidogrel can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients,significantly improve the platelet parameters of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients.
