基于故障树分析方法的GIS支持绝缘子故障分析

摘要 针对现有基于缺陷类型建立的气体绝缘金属封闭开关(GIS)故障树存在现场故障分析指导不足的缺点,文中通过对大量GIS故障案例分析,提出按照GIS中各类电气设备的故障机理建立故障树模型,在此基础上对发生的一起GIS支持绝缘子击穿故障进行全面分析,并提出加强同型号组合电器局部放电、SF6气体组分、红外热像等带电检测,加强GIS设备元件尤其支持绝缘子的质量监督,加强GIS设备的出厂和交接试验管理等防范措施,从而保证设备安全稳定运行。 The fault tree of GIS based on the defect type has the disadvantage of insufficient guidance of field fault analysis.In this paper,a large number of GIS fault cases are analyzed,and a fault tree model is established according to the fault mechanism of all kinds of electrical equipment in GIS.On this basis,a breakdown fault of GIS suppor-ting insulator is analyzed.It is proposed to strengthen the partial discharge,SF 6 gas composition,infrared thermal image and other live detection of the same type of combined electrical appliances,strengthen the quality supervision of GIS equipment components,especially the insulator,and strengthen the ex factory and handover test management of GIS equipment,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
