红军时期的保密工作初探

Preliminary Exploration into Confidentiality in the Era of the Red Army

学术界对于红军时期保密工作的研究目前还很少。通过搜集整理相关资料,就红军军事行动、电台文件保管、党组织的保密工作等方面做了初步探讨。红军时期的保密工作经历了由司令部发布军事命令到苏维埃制定国家法律的发展过程。在敌强我弱的严酷战争环境里,由于保密工作的有效开展,避免了党组织和红军队伍不必要的损失,并且奠定了人民军队保密工作的基础。

At present, there are few researches on the confidentiality in the era of the Red Army. Through collecting and sorting out relevant materials, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the confidentiality of the Red Army concerning military operations, storage of radio documents, and party organization. During the period of the Red Army, the confidentiality went through the development process from military orders issued by the headquarters to national laws formulated by the Soviet Union. In the harsh war environment, the effective implementation of confidentiality helped avoid unnecessary losses of the party organization and the Red Army, and laid the foundation of the confidentiality of the people′s army.
