摘要
公共服务满意度是衡量服务型政府建设进程的重要指标。通过双主体角色分析政府、民众在公共服务中各自的主体责任与角色定位,阐述二者在公共服务建设中的应然与实然状态,分析部分城市公共服务满意度不高的原因与影响因素,提出提升城市公共服务满意度的策略。
Public service satisfaction is an important index to measure the construction process of service-oriented government. By analyzing the responsibilities and roles of the government and the public in public services, this paper expounds the status of the two in the construction of public services, analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the low satisfaction of public services in some cities, and puts forward the strategies to improve the satisfaction of public services.
