摘要
针对一些高校人才培养存在与社会需求不匹配的问题,以电子商务专业为例,提出了基于学习范式理论的人才培养体系改革方案,从课程体系改革、评价体系改革和教师知识更新三个维度介绍了电子商务专业改革的成果。将企业项目贯穿整个教学体系,注重教学体系的更新,制订三级人才能力培养目标,设计培养目标观测点。麦可思毕业生培养质量跟踪报告表明学生就业率大幅提高,用人单位满意度超过所在学校平均水平。
In view of the problem that the talent training in some colleges and universities does not match with social needs, taking e-commerce major as an example, this paper puts forward a talent training system reform plan based on the learning paradigm theory. This paper introduces the achievements of e-commerce major reform from three dimensions: curriculum system reform, evaluation system reform and teacher knowledge renewal. According to the plan, universities are suggested to incorporate enterprise projects into the whole teaching system, pay attention to the renewal of the teaching system, formulate the three-level talent ability training goal, and design the training goal observation point. the graduate training quality tracking report from Mycos confirmed that the student employment rate increased significantly and the employer’s satisfaction exceeded the university average level.
