高龄老年患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与骨质疏松的关系

The Correlation between Carotid Intima-media Thickness and Osteoporosis in the Elderly

目的探讨高龄老年人颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与骨质疏松的关系。方法选取2016年6月-2019年6月在我院体检的高龄老年者128例,根据骨质疏松的诊断标准,将受试者分为骨量正常组(T>-1)(n=32)、骨量减低组(-2.50.05);高龄老年者T值、骨密度与IMT均呈负相关(r=-0.381和-0.322,P<0.05)。结论高龄老年者IMT与骨密度存在负相关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) and osteoporosis in the elderly.Methods 128 elderly of physical examination during the period from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided,according to the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis,into 3 groups:normal bone mass group(T>-1,n=32),osteopenia group(-2.5 0.05);the T value and bone mineral density(BMD) of the elderly were negatively correlated to IMT(r=-0.381,r=-0.322,P<0.05).Conclusions IMT of the elderly is in negative correlation with BMD.
