摘要
目的探讨执行计算-平衡双重任务时计算任务对脑卒中患者反应性平衡能力的影响。方法2018年12月2019年4月期间在复旦大学附属华东医院康复医学科招募20例脑卒中患者,在动态平衡测试仪上,分别于单项任务和计算-平衡双重任务条件下,在小幅度移动、中幅度移动和大幅度移动情况下进行反应性平衡能力的测试,并记录潜伏期和振幅的大小。结果单项任务大幅度向后和大幅度向前移动的潜伏期显著大于双重任务(P<0.001);单项任务小幅度向前、中幅度向后、中幅度向前移动的潜伏期均大于双重任务(P<0.05);单项任务小幅度向后移动的潜伏期与双重任务相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单项任务大幅度向后移动的振幅显著小于双重任务(P<0.001);单项任务小幅度向前、中幅度向后和大幅度向前均小于双重任务(P<0.05);单项任务小幅度向后、中幅度向前移动与双重任务相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论计算-平衡双重任务可缩短脑卒中患者反应性平衡能力的反应时间,增加反应强度。
Objective To explore the effect of calculation on reactive balance ability of stroke cases while performing the calculation-balance dual task.Methods 20 stroke cases were recruited from the cases in department of rehabilitation medicine during the period from Dec.,2018 to April,2019;the reactive balance ability of the cases in single task and in calculationbalance dual task were tested with dynamic balance tester which was set at 3 different moving ranges:small movement,medium movement and large movement;the latency and amplitude of the cases while performing the tasks were recorded.Results The latency of single task with large movement backward and forward was greater than that of dual task(P<0.01) as well as the latency of single task with small movement forward and medium movement backward and forward(P<0.05),and the latency of single task with small movement backward was of no statistical difference from that of dual task(P>0.05);the amplitude of single task with large movement backward was much lower than that of dual task(P<0.01) as well as the amplitude of single task with small movement forward,medium movement backward and large movement forward(P<0.05),and the amplitude of single task with small movement backward and medium movement forward was of no statistical difference from that of dual task(P>0.05).Conclusions Calculation-Balance dual task can shorten the reaction time and enhance the response intensity of stroke cases.
