运用品管圈质量改进工具在预防和降低门诊老年患者跌倒中的应用及效果分析

Application Effect of Quality Control Circles in the Prevention and Reduction of Falls in Outpatient Elderly

目的通过建立品管圈(quality control circles)质量管理小组准确评估和分析门诊老年患者的跌倒风险和跌倒原因,实施有效的、有针对性的及时的干预措施,从整体上减少了门诊患者发生跌倒的几率,为充分证明QCC质量控制的有效性和应用提供依据。方法选择2017年1月-2018年12月复旦大学附属华山医院门诊就诊的老年患者200例,用数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组给予常规门诊预防跌倒流程,观察组采用QCC质量改进工具预防跌倒流程。评估并比较2组的一般情况、跌倒分级、干预措施、跌倒原因、跌倒发生率和患者满意度等情况。结果观察组跌倒事件发生率明显低于对照组(4%vs 20%,P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(98%vs 82%,P<0.05)。结论运用QCC质量改进工具对预防和降低门诊老年患者的跌倒有着积极作用,从而降低二次伤害,并提高患者的满意度,保障老年患者门诊就诊安全,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the application effect of quality control circles(QCC) in the reduction of falls in outpatient elderly.Methods 200 outpatient elderly were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and observation,100 in each;routine outpatient prevention measures were performed in control group while QCC prevention measures were performed in observation group;evaluation and comparison were made to the general conditions,falls,intervention measures,course of falls,fall occurrence and case satisfaction of the elderly in both groups.Results The fall occurrence in observation group was much lower than that in control group(4% vs.20%,P<0.05);the case satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group(98% vs.82%,P<0.05).Conclusions QCC is an effective managing tool,it plays an active role in preventing the outpatient elderly from falls and reduces the occurrence of fall and secondary injury;it can promote the case satisfaction and guarantee the safety of outpatient elderly,worthy of certain clinical application.
