基于移动视频的健康教育在老年住院患者跌倒管理中的应用

Health Education Based on Mobile Video Technology in Fall Prevention Management of the Hospitalized Elderly

目的观察基于移动视频的健康教育在老年住院患者跌倒管理中的应用价值。方法采用随机平行对照方法纳入2017年1月-2018年4月在南通大学第二附属医院神经内科住院的96例老年患者为对象,按照抽签随机方法分为2组:观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组实施基于移动视频的健康教育干预,对照组于住院期间予以常规健康教育。观察并比较2组患者负性情绪及跌倒预防知识和行为评分和住院期间跌倒发生率。结果干预后,2组SAS和SDS评分均显著低于同组干预前(P<0.05),观察组评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,2组病理与运动、精神与居家环境评分及总量表评分均显著高于同组干预前(P<0.05),观察组评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,2组主动预防行为、行动安全评分及总量表评分均显著高同组干预前,观察组评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院期间跌倒发生率明显低于对照组(2.08%vs 12.50%,P<0.05)。结论基于移动视频的健康教育能缓解老年住院患者负性情绪,提高跌倒预防知识掌握水平,促使其自觉践行正向行为,减少跌倒发生率。

Objective To explore the application value of health education based on mobile video technology in fall prevention management of the hospitalized elderly.Methods 96 hospitalized elderly were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group,48 in each;health education intervention based on mobile video technology was given to the elderly in observation group while routine health education to the elderly in control group;the negative emotion,knowledge about fall prevention,behavior scores and incidence of falling of the elderly during hospitalization were observed and a comparative study was made between the 2 groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of all the elderly significantly decreased after intervention(P<0.05) and the scores of the elderly in observation group were much lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the scores of "pathology and motor ability",the scores of "mental status and living environment" and the total scores of all the elderly significantly increased after intervention(P<0.05) and the increase in observation group was bigger than that in control group(P<0.05);the scores of "active preventive behaviors against falling" and "behavior safety" and the total scores significantly increased after intervention(P<0.05) and the increase in observation group was bigger than that in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of falling was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group during hospitalization(2.08% vs.12.50%,P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on mobile video technology in fall prevention management of the hospitalized elderly can alleviate the negative emotions,improve the knowledge of fall prevention,encourage the behaviors against falling and reduce the incidence of falling.
