摘要 支气管哮喘(哮喘)是一种常见的以慢性气道炎症为特点的异质性呼吸系统疾病,其主要临床表现为反复发作的喘息、气短、胸闷、咳嗽等呼吸道症状,以可逆性气流受限、粘液分泌亢进、气道高反应性以及气道重塑为主要病理特征,在全球不同国家的哮喘发病人数占据1%〜18%不等,总数超过3亿人[1].
