多媒体视觉功能训练对小儿弱视的治疗价值探究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探究多媒体视觉功能训练对小儿弱视的治疗价值。方法研究对象选取福州东南眼科医院2017年1月—2018年3月收治的弱视患儿74例(116只眼),使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组38例(58只眼)及治疗组36例(58只眼)。对照组给予优势眼遮盖、目力训练等,治疗组予多媒体视觉功能训练。2组治疗6个月后,比较治疗前、后2组的视力,立体视锐度,图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)的P100潜伏期、M振幅、B振幅、B/M及调节滞后量、调节幅度、调节灵敏度,依从性及眼部调节功能。结果治疗前2组视力和立体视锐度差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。治疗6个月后,治疗组总有效率(x^2=7.091,P=0.041)及依从性(x^2=9.822,P=0.032)、视力(t=5.189,P=0.000)、B/M(t=4.358,P=0.000)、调节幅度(t=5.591,P=0.000)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;立体视锐度(t=2.150,P=0.008)、P100潜伏期(t=3.536,P=0.000)、M振幅(t=2.567,P=0.002)及调节滞后量(t=2.377,P=0.007)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;2组B振幅比较(t=0.181,P=0.821),调节灵敏度比较(t=1.647,P=0.080),差异无统计学意义。结论多媒体视觉功能训练能有效治疗小儿弱视,提高患儿视力,改善其立体视锐度及眼部调节功能,具有临床推广价值。 OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic value of multimedia visual function training on children with amblyopia.METHODS The study subjects were 74 children(116 eyes)with amblyopia in Fuzhou Southeast Eye Hospital from January 2017 to March 2018.They were randomly divided into the control group consisted 38 cases(58 eyes)and the treatment group consisted 36 cases(58 eyes).The control group was given coverage on dominant eye,eyesight training etc.,while the treatment group was given multimedia visual function training.Before treatment and 6 months after treatment,SPSS were used to compare the visual acuity,stereoscopic sharpness,P100 latency,M amplitude,B amplitude,B/M,and lag of accommodation,adjustment amplitude,and adjustment sensitivity,treatment compliance and eye accommodation between the two groups.RESULTS There was no significant difference in visual acuity and stereoscopic sharpness between the two groups before treatment which was comparable.After treatment,the treatment group was effective(x^2=7.091,P=0.041)and compliance(x^2=9.822,P=0.032),visual acuity(t=5.189,P=0.000),B/M(t=4.358,P=0.000),adjustment range(t=5.591,P=0.000),adjustment sensitivity(t=2.150,P=0.008)higher than the control group;stereoscopic sharpness(t=2.705,P=0.008),P100 latency(t=3.536,P=0.000),M amplitude(t=2.567,P=0.002)and adjustment hysteresis(t=2.377,P=0.007)were lower than the control group;the difference between the two groups B amplitude(t=0.181,P=0.821)Not statistically significant.CONCLUSIONS Multimedia visual function training effectively enhanced the therapeutic efficacy and visual acuity of children with amblyopia,improved their stereoscopic sharpness and eye regulation function,and therefore it was of clinical promotion value.
