依据《黄帝内经》和《伤寒论》所揭示的生命原理和辨证思想,参考现代相关文献,结合临床案例,探讨阳明证痤疮的发病规律,旨在丰富和完善痤疮经络辨证的内容。提出阳明证痤疮具有燥、湿、热的特点,建议采用枇杷叶丸加减治疗。

To explore the pathogenesis of Acne of Yangming Syndrome according to the life principle and dialectical thought revealed in Huangdi Neijing and Shanghanlun,referring to modern relevant literature and combining with clinical cases,so as to enrich and improve the content of acne meridian syndrome differentiation.The paper holds that acne of Yangming syndrome having the characteristics of dryness,dampness and heat,and should treat with Loquat Leaf Pill added or subtracted.
