基于血清EOS和sIgE水平应用穴位注射治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Injection on Allergic Rhinitis based on Serum EOS and SIgE Levels

目的:从血清嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)及特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)水平变化评价足三里穴位注射对变应性鼻炎的疗效及对血清EOS及sIgE信号通路的影响,为中医外治法多途径、多靶点的特色治疗提供临床和理论依据。方法:选取江西中医药大学附属医院门诊变应性鼻炎患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用足三里穴位注射黄芪注射液,1次/日,连续治疗1个月。对照组口服氯雷他定片10mg,隔日1次,连服1个月。依据观察节点评测血清EOS及sIgE水平,观察患者变应性鼻炎症状评分,并以此评判疗效。结果:两组总疗效对比观察组优于对照组,EOS及sIgE对比长效观察组优于对照组,症状评分对比长效观察组优于对照组。结论:两组治疗均有良好效果。短期内口服氯雷他定片控制鼻腔内炎性环境更为迅速,穴位注射虽然具有疗效,但对鼻腔内环境控制不及口服氯雷他定片;但从长期疗效来看,穴位注射优于口服氯雷他定片,主要考虑为耐药性,穴位注射更为稳定。建议临床可两者结合使用,从短效及长效共同发挥控制鼻腔内环境的优势。

Objective:To study the effect of Zusanli acupoint(T36)injection on snoring from the changes of serum EOS and sIgE levels,and to evaluate the effect of Zusanli acupoint(T36)injection on snoring and its influence on serum EOS and sIgE signaling pathway.To provide clinical and theoretical basis for the multi-channel and multi-target TCM characteristic treatment of TCM external treatment.Methods:60 patients with snoring in outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Zusanli acupoint injection of Astragalus injection once a day for one month.The control group took loratadine 10mg orally once every other day for one month.Serum EOS and sIgE levels were assessed according to the observation nodes,and nasal snoring symptom scores were observed to evaluate the efficacy.Results:The total curative effect of the observation groups was better than that of the control group,EOS and sIgE were better than that of the control group,and the symptom score of the long-term observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Both groups have good effects on allergic rhinitis.Oral Loratadine Tablets can control nasal inflammatory environment more quickly in a short time.Acupoint injection is effective,but the control of nasal environment is inferior to oral loratadine tablets.However,in terms of long-term efficacy,acupoint injection is better than loratadine,and acupoint injection is more stable.It is suggested that clinical use of both can be combined to exert the advantages of controlling nasal environment from both short-term and long-term effects.
