摘要
目的:建立脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖大鼠模型并建立客观评价体系。方法:采用高脂饮食的同时给予大鼠冰糖水灌胃16d并让其游泳21d。结果:通过模型组与正常组大鼠体重、血脂多项等多项指标比较显示两组大鼠差异明显,且远红外成像中显示模型组有脂肪堆积;再辅以模型组与正常组胃动素、肝肾功能等多项指标比较,排除脾肾两虚、肝郁气滞等多种症型,最终确定为脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖大鼠中医证型。结论:60只大鼠中造模成功50只,造模成功率为83.3%,脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖大鼠模型造模成功。
Objective:To establish an objective evaluation system of the simple obesity rat model with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance.Methods:Rats were fed a high-fat diet with crystal sugar water for 16 days and were forced to swim for 21 days.Results:The comparison of multiple indexes such as body weight and blood lipid showed that there were significant differences between the model group and the normal group,and the far-infrared imaging showed that there was fat accumulation in the model group.Moreover,the model group was compared with the normal group in terms of gastric motility,liver and kidney function and other indicators.Finally,the simple obesity rats with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance were determined as TCM syndromes excluding various syndromes,such as spleen-kidney deficiency and liver-qi stagnation.Conclusion:Fifty out of 60 rats(a success rate of 83.3%)were successfully modeled which means the establishment of simple obesity rat model with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction is successful.
