基于毕业生质量跟踪调查分析的高校人才培养质量反馈应用研究——以广西中医药大学中医学专业为例

Research on Quality Reform of Talents Based on the Quality of Graduates——Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,Taking TCM as an Example

为贯彻“以就业质量促进培养质量”的人才培养理念,学校通过外部质量体系的建设,委托第三方评估机构多途径、多角度地收集用人单位对我校2016届中医学专业毕业生工作表现、业务能力、职业素质、就业情况、教育质量等方面的信息。通过教育管理大数据分析,评估我校人才培养过程、人才培养结果、就业质量等方面的问题,探索我校中医学专业学生的理论教学和实践融合不够,信息技术与教学融合不够,课程教学改革与质量评价结合度不够等问题,进而进行反馈整改,经过评估-分析-反馈-整改形成质量保障闭环,促进医学生人才培养质量的提高。

In order to implement the talent training concept of"promoting the quality of training with the quality of employment",through the construction of the external quality system,the school entrusts a third-party evaluation agency to collect the employer's information on the work performance,professional ability,professional quality,employment situation and other aspects of the 2016 medical graduates from our school.Through big data analysis of education management,evaluate problems in the process of talent training,results of talent training and employment quality of our school.It is pointed out that the integration of theory teaching and practice,the integration of information technology and teaching,the integration of curriculum teaching reform and quality evaluation is not enough,and the closed-loop of quality assurance is formed through evaluation,analysis,feedback and rectification to improve the quality of medical students'talent training.
