基于OBE理念的物理教学团队建设与实践成效

The Effect of Construction and Practice on Physics Teaching Team Based the Concept of OBE

运用OBE理念从成果需求导向出发建设课程教学团队。在分析OBE理念与物理教学团队建设之间关联的基础上,在育人思想、教学理念、师资队伍、教材建设、育人环境和质量监控等维度上,设计了基于OBE理念的物理教学团队建设方案,通过近五年对物理教学团队建设方案的实践,取得了令人满意的效果。这一教学团队建设方案的提出与实施成效,亦为其他课程教学团队的建设与创新,提供了有效的建设途径和借鉴。

This paper made a correlation analysis between OBE's philosophy and physics teaching team construction,and stated the design and practice of physics teaching team construction scheme based on the concept of OBE.It achieved satisfactory effect by putting forward the concept and practice,and provided a effective way and model innovation for other courses teaching team construction.
