新工科背景下服装设计与工程人才培养模式探究

Exploration on Clothing Design and Engineering Talents Education Mode under New Engineering Background

文章通过分析我国新工科建设背景和当前培养新型服装设计与工程专业人才的迫切性,指出新工科背景下人才培养要着重把握新工科内涵,加大教育资金投入,紧跟教学热点,结合地方特色推进产学研融合,提升学生学习积极性、自主性等,促进其全面发展。为高等院校相关专业人才培养提供了一定的参考。

This paper analyzed the background of new engineering construction in China and the urgency of training new clothing design and engineering talents,pointed out that the personnel training should form the aspects of grasp the connotation of new engineering,increasing investment in education,keeping up with teaching hot spots,combining with local characteristics to accelerate the integration of production,teaching and research,improving students'learning enthusiasm and autonomy,etc.It provided references for training relevant professionals in colleges and universities.
