浅论开放大学内涵式发展的必要性及其出路探索——基于MOOC与传统课堂相结合的启示 被引量:2

摘要 作为新兴事物的开放教育,其发展成长的关键在于内涵式发展和内涵建设。只有内涵式发展才能提升教育服务质量,才能打造开放大学的一流品牌和市场核心竞争力。MOOC作为一种新兴的教育手段,其理念和学习模式与开放大学不谋而合,其相互间的促进发展是必然趋势。在开放大学中大力探索MOOC模式和传统课堂模式的有机结合,扬长避短,不仅是开放大学向内涵式发展不断创新推进的方向,更是未来高等教育、终身教育全面深化改革发展的方向。在对MOOC模式与传统课堂模式的优缺点做出剖析的基础上,提出在开放大学内涵式发展中,整合海量优质的教学资源满足学习者需求、在监督约束环节加大实践、不断提升开放教育的市场认可度,推广实施MOOC与传统课堂模式相结合的混合教育模式。 As an open education for emerging things,its development and growth lies in connotative development and connotative construction.Only intensive development can improve the quality of education services and build the first-class brand and core competitiveness of the market in Open University.As a new educational method,MOOC’s ideas and learning models coincide with the Open University,and its mutual promotion and development is an inevitable trend.The Open University is vigorously exploring the organic combination of the MOOC model and the traditional classroom model,and promoting strengths and avoiding shortcomings,which are not only the direction of the Open University’s continuous innovation and propulsion of connotative development,but also the direction of comprehensive deepening reform and development of future higher education and lifelong education.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the MOOC model and the traditional classroom model,we propose that we should integrate a large number of high-quality teaching resources to meet the needs of learners,strengthen practice under supervision and in constraint process,and continuously improves the market recognition of open education and thus promote the implementation of blended education model of combining MOOC and traditional classroom models.
