The Role of Enterprise Leaders in Building Learning Organizations

社会是一个大的生态系统,而企业身在其中,是最基本的单元。企业组织的进步决定着社会进步,而企业组织进步就需要学习型组织的建立和发展。根据企业组织发展的实际,分析了领导者在学习型组织中5个方面的领导作用,提出了必要的改进措施。

Society is a big ecosystem and enterprises as the most basic unit in it.Enterprise organization’s progress determines the progress of society and its progress,at the same time,depends on the establishment and development of learning organization.This paper aims at discussing what is learning organization and the importance of its establishment.Leader's leading role and measures in five aspects of learning organization is also been discussed.Then author put forward his own opinions,so that it can be used for reference in the construction of learning organization.
