摘要 本文以旋翼桨叶接头填块为研究对象,详细介绍了复合材料模压成型工艺。从接头填块的零件特点为切入点进行了工艺性分析,阐述了模具材料的选择、模具结构的设计以及典型的成型工艺流程,并对接头填块在生产过程中遇到的重难点问题进行了技术攻关,产品的质量得以改善,生产效率也大幅度提升。 The article takes the joint filling block of rotor blade as the research object,and introduces the composite compression molding process in detail.Based on the characteristics of the joint filling block,the process analysis is carried out,and the selection of the mold material,the design of the mold structure and the typical molding process flow are expounded.Technical research has been carried out on the key issues and difficult problems encountered in the production process of the joint filling block.The quality of the products has been improved and the production efficiency has been greatly improved.
