摘要 组成动力电池组的单体电池不能保证各项性能完全一致,致使电池组安全运作留下隐患;为给动力电池组提供安全可靠的工作环境,实时掌握电池组工作状况,延长电池组使用寿命,设计一种基于无线通信和传感器的动力电池在线监测系统;系统利用传感器、STC12C5A62S2单片机、无线通信技术、Matlab编辑软件进行电气量采集、数据控制处理、无线传输和显示界面设计,实现动态监测电池组的主要参数有单体电池电压和电流、电池组总电压和总电流、温度;经反复实验验证监测系统精度可高达0.2%且运行平稳可靠,可完成对动力电池组实时状态判读,出现异常状况作出在线维护指令。 The single battery that makes up the power battery pack cannot guarantee the complete consistency of the performance,resulting in the hidden danger of the safe operation of the battery pack.In order to provide a safe and reliable working environment for the power battery pack,grasp the working condition of the battery pack in real time,and prolong the service life of the battery pack,an on-line monitoring system of power battery based on wireless communication and sensor is designed.The system uses sensor,STC12 C5 A62 S2 single chip microcomputer,wireless communication technology and MatLab editing software to carry out electrical collection,data control processing,wireless transmission and display interface design.The main parameters of dynamic monitoring battery pack are single battery voltage and current,battery pack total voltage and total current,temperature.It is verified by repeated experiments that the accuracy of the monitoring system can be as high as 0.2%and the operation is stable and reliable.It can complete the real-time state interpretation control of the power battery pack and make on-line maintenance instructions for abnormal conditions.
