复杂螺旋面飞秒激光加工精度检测系统设计

摘要 为了实现复杂螺旋面飞秒激光加工精度的快速检测,设计了一种复杂螺旋面飞秒激光加工精度检测系统。系统的硬件部分由位移模块(三坐标测量机)、旋转模块(数控转台)、检测模块(激光位移传感器)、控制模块以及评价模块等组成,通过各个模块完成数据的采集以及处理等。为了提升系统的稳定性以及检测精度,系统软件部分采用平均滤波与中值滤波方法两者相结合的方法来降低噪声对系统的干扰。在上述基础上使用基于除法器扩展的并行计算方式,实现坐标位置的扩用,再通过两步除法器运算,提取较高的检测精度。针对所设计系统进行了仿真实验测试,实验结果表明所设计检测系统稳定性较强,运行效率较高。 In order to realize the rapid detection of complex helical surface femtosecond laser processing precision,a complex spiral surface femtosecond laser processing precision detection system is designed.The hardware part of the system consists of a displacement module(three-coordinate measuring machine),a rotating module(CNC turntable),a detection module(laser displacement sensor),a control module,and an evaluation module.The data is collected and processed by each module.In order to improve the stability of the system and the detection accuracy,the system software part uses a combination of average filtering and median filtering to reduce the noise interference to the system.On the basis of the above,the parallel computing method based on divider expansion is used to realize the expansion of the coordinate position,and then the two-step divider operation is used to extract higher detection precision.The simulation experiment is carried out for the designed system.The experimental results show that the designed detection system has strong stability and high operating efficiency.
