摘要
基于电磁超构材料设计太赫兹谐振器,数值模拟工字形结构的谐振频率点和表面电流分布,得到结构参数对透射系数的影响,在工字型结构的基础上设计了类王字型结构,得到了不同结构参数情况下谐振频率点和透射系数。研究结论为太赫兹谐振器设计提供参考。
A terahertz resonator based on electromagnetic mate-material is designed.Through the numerical simulation and the surface current distribution of the of the resonant frequency point of gong-shaped structure,the influence of structural parameters on transmission coefficient is obtained.Based on the gong-shaped structure,a class-like wang-shaped structure is designed.Then,the resonance frequency points and transmission coefficients under different structural parameters are obtained.The conclusions of the study provide a reference for the design of terahertz resonators.
