摘要
激光光斑数据采集具有十分重要的研究意义,为了解决传统脉冲激光光斑数据采集系统存在成本高、采集精度低、可靠性差等不足,设计了基于数据挖掘的脉冲激光光斑数据采集系统。首先设计脉冲激光光斑数据采集系统的总体结构,采用图像传感器采集脉冲激光光斑数据,然后数据挖掘技术对脉冲激光光斑数据的畸变进行校正操作,减少外界因素对脉冲激光光斑数据采集的干扰,最后对脉冲激光光斑数据采集系统的性能进行仿真模拟测试,系统可以对脉冲激光光斑数据进行高精度采集,脉冲激光光斑数据采集速度快,较好了解决了当前脉冲激光光斑数据采集系统存在弊端,可以满足实际应用的要求。
Laser spot data acquisition is of great research significance.In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional pulse laser spot data acquisition system,such as high cost,low acquisition accuracy and poor security,a data mining-based pulse laser spot data acquisition system is designed.Firstly,the overall structure of the data acquisition system for pulsed laser spot is designed.The image sensor is used to collect the data of pulsed laser spot.Then the data mining technology is used to correct and filter the distortion of the data of pulsed laser spot,so as to reduce the interference of external factors on the data acquisition of pulsed laser spot.Finally,the performance of the data acquisition system for pulsed laser spot is simulated and measured.The system can collect the data of the pulsed laser spot with high precision.The data acquisition speed of the pulsed laser spot is fast.It solves the drawbacks of the current data acquisition system of the pulsed laser spot,and can meet the requirements of practical application.
