生命史策略与囤积：控制感的作用

Life-History Strategies and Hoarding:The Role of Sense of Control

目的:探究生命史策略与囤积行为的关系及其内在机制。方法:采用囤积量表、生命史策略量表、控制感量表对1021名成年人进行问卷调查。结果:①生命史策略得分与控制感呈正相关(r=0.32,P<0.01),与囤积行为呈负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.01);控制感与囤积行为呈负相关(r=-0.43,P<0.01);②控制感在生命史策略与囤积之间起中介作用,其中生命史策略通过个人掌控感对囤积行为的影响大于通过限制感对囤积行为的影响。结论:生命史策略、控制感和囤积行为三者密切相关,慢速生命史策略通过增加个体的控制感进而减少其囤积行为。

Objective: To explore the relationship between life-history strategy and hoarding behavior and its underlying mechanism. Methods: 1021 adults were surveyed with the saving inventory-revised, Mini-K life-history strategy scale and perceived control scale. Results:(1)The score of life-history strategy was positively correlated with sense of control(r=0.32, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with hoarding behavior(r=-0.33, P<0.01). The sense of control was negatively correlated with hoarding behavior(r=-0.43, P<0.01).(2)The sense of control played a mediating role between the life-history strategy and hoarding, in which the life-history strategy had greater influence on hoarding behavior through perceived control of life than perceived constraints. Conclusion: The life-history strategy, sense of control and hoarding behavior are closely related with each other, and the slow life-history strategy may reduce the hoarding behavior by increasing individual’s sense of control.
