高三学生学习压力对睡眠质量的影响:有调节的中介模型 被引量:14

Effect of Study Pressure on Sleep Quality of Senior Three Students: A Moderated Mediating Model

摘要 目的:探讨高三学生学习压力对睡眠质量影响的内部机制。方法:使用中学生学习压力问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表和心理弹性问卷对高三年级的566名学生进行问卷调查。结果:①高三学生的学习压力与心理弹性得分显著负相关,与睡眠质量得分显著正相关;睡眠质量得分与心理弹性得分显著负相关;②学习压力不仅可以直接影响高三学生的睡眠质量,也可以通过心理弹性的中介作用对高三学生的睡眠质量产生显著影响;③性别调节了学习压力对高三学生睡眠质量的影响,与高三女生相比,随着学习压力的增大,高三男生的睡眠质量下降的幅度更大。结论:高三学生学习压力通过心理弹性对睡眠质量产生影响,且这一影响受到了性别变量的调节。 Objective: To explore the mechanism between study pressure and sleep quality of senior three students.Methods: A sample of 566 senior three students were investigated to complete the study pressure questionnaire for middle school students, Connor-Davidson resilience sale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index. Results: ①Study pressure of senior three students was negatively correlated with resilience and positively correlated with poor sleep quality, Poor sleep quality was negatively correlated with resilience. ② Study pressure not only had a direct effect on sleep quality, but also affected sleep quality through the mediating role of resilience. ③The indirect effect of resilience was moderated by gender. Specifically, gender moderated the relationship between study pressure and sleep quality of senior three students. With the increasing of study pressure, sleep quality of boys decreased more than girls. Conclusion: The effect of study pressure on sleep quality of senior three students was mediated by resilience, which was further moderated by gender.
