厚黄土覆盖层压煤条带开采数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation Study on Strip Mining of Pressed Coal with Thick Loess Overburden

摘要 丰峪煤业2煤12采区基本上为村庄下压煤,为合理开采煤炭资源解放"三下"压煤以及最大限度的延长矿井服务年限,针对厚黄土覆盖层村庄等建(构)筑物下压煤条带开采技术,根据12采区概况,通过FLAC3D软件建立模型,并对覆岩应力-应变-位移和煤柱稳定性进行分析,提出了开采方案并现场实施。模拟结果表明:随着开采范围的不断加大,煤柱内部应力逐渐增加,且应力分布呈现间隔跳跃式分布,总的趋势向开采中心移动,煤柱稳定性基本可靠,确定开采方案为采50m留60m。通过对地表岩移数据观测进行拟合分析,验证了研究方案的正确性。 The No.12 mining area of No.2 base in Fengyu coal industry is basically pressed coal under villages.In order to reasonably exploit coal resources,liberate pressed coal under rivers,buildings and villages,as well as extend the service life of the mine to the maximum extent,aiming at the key technology of strip mining of pressed coal under buildings and villages with thick loess overburden,a model according to the general situation of No.12 mining area was established by FLAC3 Dsoftware.Moreover,the stress-strain-displacement of overburden and the stability of coal pillar were analyzed.Thereby,the mining scheme was put forward and implemented on site.The simulation results showed that,with the continuous increase of mining scope,the internal stress of coal pillar increased gradually and the stress distribution presented interval jump type distribution,with a general trend moving to the mining center.The stability of coal pillar was basically reliable,and the mining scheme was determined as mining 50 mand leaving 60 m.Finally,the correctness of the scheme was verified by fitting analysis on the movement data of the surface rock.
