Application of FTA-ISM in Coal and Gas Outburst

摘要 防治煤与瓦斯突出是煤矿生产的重要内容之一,研究煤与瓦斯突出对煤矿安全管理有重要意义。采用事故树分析法对贵州省盘州市梓木嘎煤矿煤与瓦斯突出进行全面系统的分析,计算出最小割集、最小径集和基本事件结构重要度,结合解释结构模型对重要的基本事件进行分析,得出主要因素的解释结构模型。结果表明:FTA-ISM分析结果符合该矿实际情况,对分析煤与瓦斯突出事故有重要的应用价值。 Prevention and control of coal and gas outburst is one of the important contents of daily work in coal mine.It is of great significance to study coal and gas outburst for coal mine safety management.A comprehensive and systematic analysis of coal and gas outburst in Zimuga Coal Mine,Panzhou City,Guizhou Province was carried out by using the fault tree analysis method.Then,the minimum cut set,the minimum diameter set and the structural importance of basic events were calculated.Combined with the interpretive structural model,the important basic events were analyzed,and the interpretive structure model of the main factors was obtained.The results showed that the FTA-ISM analysis results accorded with the actual situation of the mine and had an important application value in the analysis on coal and gas outburst accidents.
