摘要 着眼于提高立轴反击式破碎机破碎效率,基于PFL-600型破碎机提出了一种新型反向双转子立轴破碎机的创新设计构想。选取新型破碎机下转子为研究对象,对其进行力学分析,得到了下转子冲击物料的初动量表达式。通过初动量表达式从理论角度说明新型破碎机破碎效率优于旧型破碎机。选取新、旧型破碎机为对比研究对象,结合EDEM理论,研究矿物破碎与时间的关系。以粘结键的断裂数作为衡量矿物破碎程度的标准,得到矿物颗粒粘结键断裂数随时间变化曲线、粘结键断裂数增长率曲线,从仿真角度说明新型破碎机具有更高的破碎效率。仿真分析结果与理论分析结果一致,新型破碎效率与旧型破碎机相比,破碎效率提高了约13%。 In order to improve the crushing efficiency of vertical shaft impact crusher,a new type of reverse double-rotor vertical shaft crusher was proposed based on PFL-600 crusher.The new crusher rotor was selected as the research object.Then its force was analyzed,and the initial momentum expression of the material impacted by the rotor was obtained.The expression showed that the crushing efficiency of new crusher was better than that of the old crusher.New and old crushers were selected as the objects of comparative study.The relationship between mineral crushing and time was studied by combining EDEM theory.Taking the fracture numbers of bond as the standard to measure the degree of mineral crushing,the curve of the fracture numbers of bond of mineral particles with time was obtained,as well as the curve of the growth rate of fracture number of bond.The simulation showed that the new crusher had a higher crushing efficiency.The simulation results were consistent with the theoretical analysis results.The crushing efficiency of new crusher was about 13% higher than that of the old crusher.
