武汉市城镇化发展水平与土地承载力状态测度 被引量:8

Measurement on the Wuhan’s urbanization development level and land capacity

摘要 基于新型城镇化内涵及土地利用的生产、生活、生态理念,构建了土地承载力及城镇化评价系统,对武汉市2005-2016年土地承载力及城镇化发展水平进行了分析,并对二者的耦合发展态势进行了评价。结果显示:武汉市的土地承载力与城镇化系统存在相互影响与约束的关系;武汉市的土地承载力与城镇化系统的耦合协调性较低;武汉市在单位GDP碳排放量、地表水功能达标率、农村居民生活消费水平、城乡恩格尔系数比等指标的合理性方面面临严峻挑战。据此认为,在今后的发展中,武汉市应着重考虑农村的发展建设、农村居民生活水平的提高,重视对水土资源质量、城市生态环境的保护。 Based on the production,living,ecological concept of land use and the connotation of new urbanization,this essay builds land carrying capacity and urbanization evaluation system,and analyzes the land carrying capacity and urbanization development level of Wuhan from 2005 to 2016 and judges the coupling situation,providing data reference for exploring the rational use of water and soil resources and the healthy development of cities in Wuhan.The results are as follows:The land carrying capacity and the urbanization system interact and restrict each other;The coordination and coordination of the two systems in Wuhan is low;Wuhan’s urban development is seriously limited by the land carrying capacity,carbon emissions per unit of GDP,surface water function compliance rate,rural living consumption level,urban-rural Engel coefficient ratio.Thereby,in the future,we should pay attention to the implementation of urban and rural integration,focusing on rural development and construction,increased living standards of rural residents,as well as the protection of water and soil,ecological environment in Wuhan.
