摘要
异唑啉类化合物广泛存在于天然产物中,并具有较好的生物活性。在医药领域,该类化合物具有较好的抗癌、抗菌、抗炎等活性;在兽药领域,表现出优良的杀寄生虫活性;在农药领域,具有良好的除草、杀菌、杀虫等活性。对异唑啉类化合物的医用、兽用及农用活性进行了概述,并展望了其在新农药创制中的应用前景。
Isoxazolines, widely existing in natural products, have a good variety of biological activities. In the field of medicine, the compounds have good anticancer, antibacterial and antiinflammatory activities. In addition, they exhibit excellent parasiticidal activity in the field of veterinary drugs. Furthermore, in the field of pesticides, they display good herbicidal, fungicidal and insecticidal activities. In this paper, pharmaceutical, veterinary and agricultural activities of isoxazoline derivatives are summarized. The outlook of their application prospects in the discovery of new pesticides is also proposed.
