提升云南国门高校基层党支部组织力对策研究的路径分析

Research Approaches to Improving the Organizational Power of the Grass-roots Party Organizations of the Colleges and Universities in the Borderland of Yunnan

党的十九大提出"基层党组织要以提升组织力为重点"以来,"组织力"再次成为研究的热点问题。目前,针对新形势下边疆国门高校基层党支部提升组织力的理论设计和对策措施还比较薄弱。基于云南国门高校特殊的区位特点,开展国门高校基层党支部提升组织力问题的研究,既是国门高校完成自身肩负的使命的现实需要,也是服务国家战略而又亟待解决的现实课题。

Since the"the grass-roots Party-organizations should focus on improving their organizational power"was proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),"organizational power"has once again become a hot research topic in political studies.Currently in the new context,the theoretical design and countermeasures for improving the organizational strength of the grass-roots Party organizations of the colleges and universities in the borderland are still relatively weak.Based on the special geographical characteristics of the colleges and universities in the borderland of Yunnan,it is necessary to study the problems of improving the organizational strength of the grass-roots Party organizations of the colleges and universities in the borderland in their accomplishment of their own missions and the implementation of the national strategy.
