5G应用背景下太仓港加快建设智慧港口的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of Accelerating the Construction of Intelligent Port in Taicang port Under the Background of 5G Application

文中主要阐述智慧港口的内涵与特征,总结新加坡港、鹿特丹港、上海港等国际知名港口在智慧港口建设中的先进经验,以太仓港为研究对象,分析其发展现状,并结合5G技术在智慧港口中的应用背景,提出一系列提升智慧港口发展理念,完善5G应用背景下的智慧港口技术架构,从推动智慧码头建设、加快电子口岸建设、加快集疏运系统信息化建设及打造“沪太通关一体化”模式等方面将智慧港口建设落到实处,推动太仓港转型升级,提高港口竞争力。

This paper mainly elaborates the connotation and the characteristics of intelligent port,summarizes the Singapore port and Rotterdam port,Shanghai port and other international well-known ports advanced experience in intelligent port construction.It analyzes Taicang port development present situation,combining with the application in 5G technology of intelligent port,and puts forward a series of ideas to enhance the development of intelligent port and improve 5G technology architecture.The construction of intelligent port will be put into practice from the aspects of promoting the construction,accelerating the construction of electronic port,accelerating collection and distribution information construction and building the mode of“integration of customs clearance between Shanghai and Taicang”,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of Taicang port and improve the competitiveness of the port.
