近年来,我国物流业的发展进入了黄金时期,如何在物流活动中减少对环境的不利影响成为了广泛关注的问题。首先分析欧洲物流业的发展情况,选择欧洲具有代表性的物流企业进行研究,总结其近些年所采取的绿色物流策略。主要概括为七大类环保策略,值得指出的是,每类策略并不会泛泛而谈,会列举出欧洲代表性企业已经实施的取得成功的具体举措。在研究中发现,其内部管理策略在应用时遇到阻力容易发生混乱,针对这一问题,引入流程管理的解决方案,并以运输环节为例,给出绿色运输流程图,并将环保绩效奖励融合其中。最后根据欧洲发展经验及教训提出一些针对我国的具体可行的实现绿色物流的方法,对我国绿色物流的发展具有借鉴意义。

In recent years,Logistics industry is developing faster and faster.How to reduce the adverse impact on the environment in logistics activities has become a widespread concern.Firstly,the development of logistics industry in Europe is analyzed,and the representative logistics enterprises in Europe are selected for research to review their annual environmental reports and then summarize and analyze its green logistics strategies adopted in recent years.It is mainly summarized into seven types of environmental protection strategies.It is worth pointing out that each strategy will not be discussed in general,but will list the specific initiatives that representative European enterprises have implemented to achieve success.In the research,it is found that its internal management strategy is prone to confusion in the course of the implement.To solve this problem,a process management solution is introduced.Taking the link of transportation as an example,the process management of green transportation is given,and the environmental performance reward is integrated into it.Finally,according to the experience and lessons of European Green Logistics,some feasible methods to realize green logistics in China are proposed.
