新常态下江苏制造企业供应链系统优化研究

Research on Optimization of Supply Chain System in Jiangsu Manufacturing Enterprises under the New Normal

在经济新常态下,江苏制造业供应链网络结构日趋复杂,供应链网络布局不断调整,部分企业已经嵌入世界级企业的供应链系统,效率驱动型传统产业供应链得到较好发展。但总体上看,江苏制造企业在供应链系统优质要素的吸聚能力、供应链系统构成、供应链节点企业间的合作等方面存在较多问题。文中从技术研发、供应链重塑、供应链风险研究、供应链管理系统要素优化等方面提出了对策,以期解决当前江苏制造企业供应链系统问题,提升其全球竞争力。

Under the new normal of economy,the network structure of Jiangsu manufacturing supply chain is becoming more and more complex,the layout of supply chain network is constantly adjusted,some enterprises have embedded the supply chain system of world-class enterprises,and the efficiency-driven traditional industrial supply chain has been well developed.However,on the whole,Jiangsu manufacturing enterprises have many problems in the absorption and aggregation ability of high quality elements of supply chain system,the constitution of supply chain system,the cooperation among supply chain node enterprises and so on.This paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of technology research and development,reconstruction of supply chain,researching on supply chain risk,optimization of management elements in supply chain system and so on.Expect to solve the problems of supply chain system in Jiangsu manufacturing enterprises,and enhance its global competitiveness.
