This paper presents that in the process of carrying out the construction of“specialized and innovative”small and medium-sized enterprises,a logistics company adopts a series of management practices to provide customers with professional services,pay attention to the management system,strive for excellence,develop its own business characteristics,persist in service innovation,and gradually become a medium-sized modern logistics company,in order to provide cases and some useful reference for the rapid development of logistics enterprises in the new or growing period.
