摘要
近年来,员工流失成为阻碍物流企业发展的主要原因,开始被越来越多的企业管理人员重视。快递行业作为服务性行业,员工的稳定性有利于更好的客户反应,相反,员工流失会导致公司经营成本增加,使得公司经济效益降低。文中结合人力资源管理相关知识理论提出相应的对策,并对县域物流公司员工流失问题提出相应的改善策略。
In recent years,employee turnover has become the main reason that hinders the development of logistics enterprises,and has been paid more and more attention by enterprise managers.Express industry as a service industry,the stability of employees is conducive to better customer response,on the contrary,staff turnover will lead to increased operating costs and reduce the economic benefits of the company.This paper combines the knowledge theory of human resource management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies for the loss of employees in County logistics companies.
