摘要
文中以上海S物流企业为研究对象,分析中国物流公司服务质量所存在的问题,并基于中国现阶段的国情提出合理化解决方案。并指出,物流公司应该树立以顾客为中心的服务理念,增加对基础设施的投资,完善末端服务。从而及时有效的应对市场竞争,增强企业竞争力。
Based on sample of Shanghai S Express Company,this study analyzed the problems in logistics service quality and proposed reasonable countermeasures according to the condition of China at the current stage.We presented that Logistics companies should strictly observe the service concept of“Customer Oriented”,substantially raise its level of infrastructure investment as well as strengthen perfect end service to timely and effectively respond to the market competition,and consequently enhance enterprise competitiveness.
