海外背景高管与企业对员工的社会责任关系研究——基于上市物流企业的实证分析 被引量:3

摘要 文中选取我国沪深两市2013-2017年上市物流企业作为研究样本,通过OLS普通回归和Logistic回归检验发现:我国物流企业海外背景高管,与企业对员工的内部社会责任和外部社会责任之间呈显著正相关关系,独立董事人数会正向调节海外背景高管与企业对员工的社会责任的关系。文中为本土物流企业选聘海外背景高管,企业内部治理以及积极承担对员工的社会责任的决策提供了理论与现实依据。 This paper selects the listed logistics enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2013-2017 as a research sample,and finds through the OLS common regression and logistic regression test:the overseas background executives of China s logistics enterprises,and the internal social responsibility and external social responsibility of the employees.There is a significant positive correlation,and the number of independent directors will positively regulate the relationship between overseas background executives and corporate social responsibility for employees.This paper provides a theoretical and realistic basis for local logistics companies to select overseas background executives,internal corporate governance and active commitment to the social responsibility of employees.
