基于消费者需求的可循环餐盒回收方案设计与比较研究

Design and Comparative Analysis of Questionnaires Survey Based on the Problem of take-out Delivery of Circular Meal Boxes

外卖餐盒绿色可循环化是我国餐饮外卖行业实现绿色经济发展的重要战略目标。但由于我国外卖餐品自身具有餐品形式多样、订单量大的特性,目前还未能形成具有一定规模的回收体系。文中调查以用餐者为主要调研对象,以问卷调查的形式了解了消费者对于可循环餐盒外卖配送的态度想法与意见建议,分析了调查结果,肯定了基于可循环餐盒外卖配送的必要性。

Green recyclability of takeaway meal box is an important strategic goal of achieving green economic development in Chinese catering takeaway industry.However,as take-out food in China has its features of variety of meals and heavy orders,it has not formed a recycling system with a certain scale yet.Diners are taken as main research objects in the survey.In the form of questionnaires,the attitude,ideas and suggestions of diners on the delivery with recyclable lunch boxes were understood,and the results of the survey were analyzed.The necessity of delivery based on recyclable meal box is affirmed in this paper.
