摘要
为研发包装粮中书虱的高效检测技术,探索包装粮堆中书虱发生的动态规律,评价了不同诱芯对包装粮中书虱的引诱效果。采用5种诱芯与锥形诱捕器相结合的方法,在盛放包装稻谷的楼房仓内的不同区域诱捕书虱。结果表明:当粮温为21.1~24.8℃时,仓内发生的害虫主要为嗜虫书虱。含有诱芯A、B、C、D和空白对照的诱捕器的书虱诱捕量为14~151头/(周·台),其中诱芯C、D的引诱活性最高。相比于扦样的虫口密度,诱捕器能诱捕到更多的书虱,且诱捕量与温度的相关性更高。在试验的7周内,诱芯C、D均保持较高的引诱活性。与仓房的东、西、北和中部相比,夏季积温较高的仓房南部诱捕到的书虱最多。相比于其他诱芯,诱芯D能更准确地反映粮堆书虱的发生动态。因此,以多孔淀粉和琼脂为释放载体制备的诱芯D在包装粮书虱的监测中具有较好的应用前景。
To develop an effective trap for psocid detection and to study population dynamics of psocids in bagged stacks of grain, the attraction effect of different lures on psocids was evaluated in a store with bagged grain. Five kinds of lures combined with cone-shaped traps were set in different areas in a flat warehouse with bagged paddy rice. Results showed that with the grain temperature of 21.1-24.8 ℃, Liposcelis entomophila was the dominant species of stored grain pests, and number of trapped psocids was 14-151 per week per trap across different lures. Among them, lures C and D were the most attractive to psocids. In comparison with the sampling method, traps could attract more psocids and their trapping results had higher relationship with the grain temperature. High trapping efficacy of lures C and D could last for seven weeks. Compared with the eastern, western, northern and central trapping areas, more psocids were trapped in the southern area of the warehouse in the summer. Trapping results of lure D had the highest relationship with the population dynamics of poscids. The lure D with porous starch and agar as release carrier has great potential in the population monitoring of stored grain psocids.
